1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and TTD ECOM LTD ("we", "our", or "SellerBoxes") regarding your use of the SellerBoxes web application and related services ("Application").

By accessing, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

SellerBoxes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for your internal business purposes, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify or Reverse Engineer: Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
• Redistribute: Rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Application.
• Illegal Use: Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.
• API Violations: Use the Application to violate Amazon's SP-API terms or any third-party rights.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

The Application accesses your Amazon Seller Central data through the Selling Partner API (SP-API). No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected, stored, or processed. Data is only accessed to provide features such as listing management, inventory tracking, order analytics, and reporting.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Application and associated materials are owned by TTD ECOM LTD. You receive no ownership rights under this Agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTD ECOM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
