SellerBoxes Amazon (Beta)

Before you start

  • Active SellerBoxes Amazon account (register first)
  • Active Amazon Seller Central account with admin access
  • Pop-ups and cookies allowed for sellerboxes.com + amazon.com
1

Open Store Management

Log in to SellerBoxes. In the left sidebar, go to Management → Stores. This page lists every Amazon store connected to your account.

2

Start the connection

Click Connect Amazon Store at the top right of the table. If you haven't connected any store yet, you can also use the orange Connect a store shortcut in the top bar.

3

Choose an authorization type

SellerBoxes asks which Amazon API you want to authorize:
Amazon SP-API — Selling Partner API, for products, orders, inventory and finance data.
Amazon Ads-API — Advertising API, for your Sponsored Products / Brands / Display campaigns.

Select one, then click Connect.

One API at a time

  • To get both product and advertising data, run this flow twice — once for SP-API, once for Ads-API
  • Amazon opens in a new browser tab, so allow pop-ups for SellerBoxes
  • If the tab does not open you will see a "Popup blocked" warning
4

Authorize on Amazon

In the new tab, sign in to the Seller Central account you want to connect. Amazon then shows the permissions SellerBoxes is asking for — tick the confirmation checkbox and click Confirm.

Check which account is signed in

Amazon authorizes whichever Seller Central account is currently signed in. Use Switch accounts on the sign-in page if it is not the one you want to connect.

What SellerBoxes can access

  • Amazon Fulfillment · Inventory and Order Tracking
  • Pricing · Product Listing
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Amazon Warehousing and Distribution
  • We never see your Amazon password — you can revoke access anytime from Manage your Apps in Seller Central
5

Name your store

Amazon sends you back to SellerBoxes, which confirms the result of the connection and asks for a Seller Name (required — how this account is labelled throughout SellerBoxes) and an optional Store Name. Click Save, then Go Console.

6

Verify and manage your store

Back on Management → Stores, your store now appears with its Merchant ID, marketplaces and advertising profiles. The SP-API and Ads-API columns show Authorized.

Click the icon in the Action column of any row to Update the name, open Report Details, check Stream Status, or Remove the store.

A column that is not marked Authorized

That API has not been connected yet — repeat steps 2 to 5 and pick the other option.

You're connected

  • Orders sync automatically every day
  • Inventory levels update in real time
  • Access profit analytics from the Dashboard

Frequently asked questions

Is my Amazon data safe with SellerBoxes?

Yes. OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. We only read data needed for reports and fulfillment — never write changes without your explicit action. You can revoke access anytime from Amazon Seller Central security settings.

The OAuth page failed to load. What do I do?

Try an incognito window, disable ad blockers for amazon.com and sellerboxes.com, and make sure you're signed in to the correct Amazon Seller Central account first. If the issue persists, check Amazon's status page.

Can I connect multiple Amazon marketplaces?

Yes — and you usually don't need to repeat the flow. One authorization covers the North America marketplaces on that Seller Central account (US, CA, MX); they appear together in the Marketplaces column on Management → Stores. You only run the flow again to add the other API (SP-API or Ads-API), or to connect a different Seller Central account. EU / UK marketplaces are planned for post-Beta.

How do I disconnect my shop?

Go to Management → Stores, click the ⋮ icon in the Action column of that row, and choose Remove. SellerBoxes stops syncing immediately and your OAuth tokens are deleted from our database within 24 hours. Your Amazon account and data remain unchanged.

How often does SellerBoxes sync data from Amazon?

Orders sync automatically every day, and you can trigger a manual sync anytime with the Sync button. Inventory updates are near-real-time via SP-API notifications.
